Fast-Track to Management: The program is designed to prepare you for leadership roles at Powerdot. Program Structure: each year focuses on a key business area, ensuring you develop a broad and strategic understanding of Powerdot’s operations: [ Year 1 ] Operations & Performance – Based in France 🇫🇷 Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational excellence. Ensure financial (P&L) and operational (reliability & availability) performance. Lead a small team of field technicians and ensure their skill development. [ Year 2 ] Deployment & Expansion – Based in France 🇫🇷 Oversee the expansion of our EV charging network and infrastructure deployment. Develop relationships with strategic partners and suppliers. Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. [ Year 3 ] Strategic Specialization – Based in Portugal 🇵🇹 In the final year, you will lead a cross-functional, high-impact project aligned with your strengths. Central Operations & Hardware: Define the global maintenance strategy, develop new tools for our deployment and operations teams, integrate Gen-AI into our user support service, and manage our charging station suppliers. Product & Engineering: Take charge of a key project on our front-end or back-end and design innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
