ROLE SCOPE

- - Source and lock powered land and brownfield sites that can deliver hundreds of megawatts to gigawatts of capacity, ahead of the build pipeline.

- - Negotiate land purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities who don't share our timeline.

- - Diligence power availability, interconnection queue position, substation proximity, and deliverability before a site advances past LOI.
