Join our team.Barbaricum is seeking a Program Manager to provide comprehensive program management, financial, scheduling, and administrative support for complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The successful candidate will support program planning, execution, cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, technical reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Government requirements. Responsibilities Provide program management support throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closeout activities. Monitor program technical, financial, cost, schedule, and performance metrics, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact project success. Prepare and maintain program documentation, including monthly progress reports, project status reports, performance metrics, financial summaries, and other contractual deliverables. Develop, maintain, and update Project Management Plans, including organizational structures, staffing plans, methodologies, project controls, risk management strategies, testing and verification plans, and project reporting. Prepare comprehensive travel reports for CONUS and OCONUS travel, documenting meetings, site visits, technical discussions, findings, and recommendations. Develop and maintain cost performance management data, including budget execution, labor hour tracking, staffing assignments, burn rate analysis, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting.
