WHO ARE YOU? / ABOUT YOU:

Skimmer is looking for a player/coach technical leader for our newest Software development team. You will be responsible for leading a small team of developers and contributing code that builds a new product line for Skimmer. You will report to the Chief Technology Officer and partner closely with Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders.

The New Product Development Team owns new businesses that are connected to Skimmer’s platform and mobile app. This is an exciting opportunity to use the most modern tech stack and build/improve product lines that expand Skimmer’s access to the entire pool and spa industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with building and replatforming complex products to delight users. As a player/coach, you will ensure technical excellence while leading a small team. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance team productivity and code quality is a significant plus.
