Principal Supply Analyst - Kinaxis Maestro

We are seeking a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Author to join our IOPS Supply Chain team, supporting planning and execution across our life sciences operations. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro platform, enabling smarter campaign management, inventory optimization, and lifecycle planning, while collaborating with operations, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and planning teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide, with room to grow into broader solution architecture responsibility as our platform footprint expands.When & where:Location: Troy, New York, United StatesWork model: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pmDiscover your role:Design and configure Kinaxis Maestro solutions for campaign management, lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization in a complex, regulated supply chain environmentTranslate business requirements into technical specifications; build custom worksheets, dashboards, templates, algorithms, and scripts to enhance platform functionalityIntegrate Maestro with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and adjacent supply chain platforms; familiarity with GMP frameworks a plusMonitor system performance, resolve data integrity issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvementMaintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and validation activities to support deployment and audit readinessPartner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to align solutions with evolving supply chain needsTrain end-users on Maestro functionality and best practices; provide ongoing support and troubleshootingStay current on Kinaxis Maestro advancements and emerging supply chain trends, proposing solutions to enhance resilience and agilityThis role requires:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldSenior Supply Analyst: 5+ years experience in supply chain planning solutions, including 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, Anaplan)Principal Supply Analyst: 8+ years experience in supply chain planning solutions, including 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, Anaplan)Experience in life sciences, pharma, or another regulated/complex manufacturing environment (medical device, aerospace, specialty chemicals) preferredKinaxis Maestro Author certification, Level 1 or higher, preferredDoes this sound like you?
