The Role
We are growing our tax capability and looking for a Private Client Tax Manager to join the team.
Our clients are entrepreneurs, business owners, high-net-worth individuals and their families. We want someone who thinks about how technologycan help them help their clients — someone curious about how AI, automation and modern tax tools can make delivery of advice sharper and give advisors more time to spend with clients to gain the greatest understanding of their affairs.

Responsibilities
- Support the team in managing a portfolio of private clients including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, trusts and estates across income tax, CGT and IHT advisory work and associated compliance.
- Support partners and senior colleagues on advisory matters including shareholder tax planning, tax residency , succession planning, and transactions.
