We are proud to provide a supportive, team-oriented environment where both patients and employees feel valued.  The Patient Care Coordinator is a key administrative and front-office partner who creates a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for patients and families from the moment they enter our clinics. Serving as the first point of contact, this role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth clinic operations, clear communication, and a positive patient experience.  The Patient Care Coordinator works closely with clinicians and care teams to support scheduling, registration, documentation, and day-to-day clinic flow. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and energized by supporting both people and processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.  WHAT YOU'LL DO:   Serve as the primary front desk point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional experience for patients and families  Manage check-in, registration, and scheduling workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency  Collect, verify, and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in the EMR  Handle administrative tasks including phone calls, documentation, scheduling requests, and visit preparation  Collect patient payments, process transactions accurately, and answer basic billing and payment-related questions.  Communicate and collaborate with clinicians and clinic staff to support smooth clinic operations  Support patient outreach and follow-up related to scheduling and care coordination needs  Maintain a clean, organized front-office environment and assist with opening and closing routines  Provide cross-coverage support, assist with training, and contribute to process improvements as needed  For PCCs with the clinical qualifications, there is the opportunity to flex up and support the back office as needed   WHAT YOU NEED:   High school diploma or GED required; additional education or equivalent experience is a plus  1+ year of experience in an administrative, front desk, customer service, or patient-facing role  Comfort using computer systems and scheduling platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, EMR or similar systems)  Healthcare experience preferred  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail  Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills — both written and verba...
