It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.About the roleThe Process Engineer will aid in the implementation of the HAPS (Haleon Performance System) principles/tools at the site to deliver the Business Strategy, improve Business Performance (Safety, Quality, Service, & Cost), by using a data-driven approach. This role will also play a key role in Project Management and execution of Productivity initiatives that align with the Site goalsRole ResponsibilitiesWhy you?Manage F4G (Opportunity and Loss Matrix) projectsOptimize and maintain HAPS tools for site usageFacilitate kaizen events to support site resultsSME at two Reliability pillars (5S/SMED/AM/Centerlining)Conducts RCAs for waste, line balancing, and line flowComplexity/Scope• # of Annual Projects = 6 to 10.Basic Qualifications:Engineering degreeBusiness Partner/Interpersonal – The Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and networking skills to enable effective and influential internal communication, from hourly to Functional Director levelIT Skills: MS Office, Data Collection Systems, Statistical Analysis tools, Simulation SoftwareAgility: Capable of working on multiple projects at one timeCommunication: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skillPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or pharmaceutical environmentChemical or Industrial engineering degreeLean Six Sigma Green BeltKnowledge of Pharmaceutical and OSHA regulatory training requirementsOPEX SME - The candidate must have experience in Operational Excellence Systems execution, such as VSM and/or experience in problem-solving techniques (Root Cause Analysis)Consumer Orientated/External perspective - The candidate will have a Manufacturing background with experience in FMCG OperationsThe salary for this position is from $79,162 to 108,848.30 plus an 8% performance bonusBenefitsHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.  This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave.  On day one, you are eligible f...
