It starts with YOU. About You In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. It starts with YOU.Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shiftAbility to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs.)Ability to handle multiple prioritiesProblem solving and decision-making skillsMust maintain excellent safety and attendance performanceGood communication and listening skills To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Required Qualifications   Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.Ability to read and write basic EnglishPosition requires regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting, and bendingUS ONLY Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.1+ years of continuous work experience. Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screeningCan pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) Led by Purpose.
