They effectively apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is fairly complex and varied. The Product Analyst provides analytical support to Product Owners or Product Managers engaged in the discovery, design and delivery of products.Responsibilities Assist product owner with user research and story writingAbility to perform three or more of the following key activities within a product team process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, ROI analysisPerform quality assurance tasksSupport change management functions to ensure successful product implementationCollaborate with product team to understand opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and potential areas to gain efficiencies or cost savingsUtilize data to help teams develop and implement solutionsRequired/Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Information Management or similar discipline2 years related work experienceIn lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 2 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 6 year(s) related work experienceAdditional Preferred QualificationsExperience with new product development and stakeholder engagementExperience with JiraUnderstanding of the SDLC processAbility to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releasesTwo or more years of work experience in utility industryGeneration, transmission, and distribution knowledge and/or experienceAbility to quantify opportunities with minimal existing dataAbility to create and use visual representations of ongoing data tracking activities and outcomes (i.e. through data dashboard)Strong written, visual and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailProblem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to handle multiple competing prioritiesDeeply curious, always looking to learn and improve with a bias towards actionAbility to research and gather dataCollaborative in problem solving and working style to drive change through influenceDemonstrated relationship building skillsProficiency with MS OfficeWorking ConditionsOffice environment wit...
