Product Designer(s) (UX/UI)

International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.   Here are the roles we hire for in our US based Design Department:  Associate Product Designer: Designs user experiences for well-defined projects with guidance. Participates in sprints, creates wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, and collaborates with the team to follow best practices. Product Designer: Owns design deliverables for complex projects with minimal oversight. Develops UI/UX solutions, conducts user research, iterates based on feedback, and mentors junior designers. Senior Product Designer: Delivers “case-study worthy” experiences. Elicits and communicates business value, anticipates risks, improves team processes, and coaches other designers. Principal Product Designer: Leads design engagements end-to-end. Facilitates workshops, resolves complex design challenges, ensures quality deliverables, and drives innovation across projects. Associate Design Director: Oversees multiple design engagements. Ensures consistent quality, guides teams, identifies training opportunities, and supports portfolio-level design delivery.     We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have: Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field. Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred. Design Skills: Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
