Role

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

This role is for an experienced product engineer who wants real ownership, real leverage, and real impact.

You have already shipped meaningful products and systems. You are comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes, not just execution. You care deeply about product quality, system design, and user experience, and you want your decisions to shape the direction of what gets built.

You thrive in environments with ambiguity. You are energized by loosely defined problems and take initiative to clarify goals, explore constraints, and drive toward strong solutions. You are trusted to make technical and product tradeoffs independently and to mentor others by example.

You enjoy working across the stack and across disciplines. You move fluidly between backend systems, frontend interfaces, and product decisions. You want to help define how a product is built, not just implement tickets.

This is not a role for someone who wants narrow scope or heavy process. It is for someone who wants to operate as a force multiplier.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will own complex, high impact product work end to end, from early problem framing through production and iteration.

You will:

- Lead the design and implementation of user facing features across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and Postgres

- Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans and shipped outcomes

- Partner closely with product and design to shape roadmap decisions and execution strategy

- Talk directly with users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities

- Drive fast iteration loops using...
