This role sits at the intersection of product-led growth (PLG), platform-level activation, off-surface engagement, and broader product growth strategy.   You will own how Glean turns first-touch curiosity into durable, expanding usage — designing the loops, surfaces, and experiences that drive activation, retention, and organic expansion across users and teams.
