Explore more about us at www.lji.io The OPPORTUNITY Loyalty Juggernaut is seeking a Product Manager to identify, validate, launch, and scale new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled offerings. We design and run loyalty and customer-engagement programs for some of the world's most recognized brands. Growth doesn't only come from the platform - it comes from new offerings - new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled practices that clients need before anyone has packaged them. This role finds such opportunities and turns them into real businesses. As a Product Manager in the Loyalty Performance Management(LPM) team , you will own the full lifecycle - from an initial idea or market signal through research, business case, offer design, pilot, commercialization, and practice development. After launch, you will act as the business owner for the incubated practice - setting its roadmap, sharpening the proposition and delivery model, watching commercial performance, and building the repeatability it needs to become a standalone unit. This is not a traditional software product management role. It blends market strategy, services design, product marketing, commercial ownership, and venture incubation. You are as comfortable building a market landscape and modeling unit economics as you are shaping a client-ready offer, creating sales enablement, and leading cross-functional execution. What will you DO: Opportunity discovery & Market validation Build and manage a pipeline of new-service ideas. Conduct structured market, customer, category, and competitor research. Define the ideal customer profile, economic buyer, priority use cases, customer pain points and desired outcomes.
