At a Glance:The Product Manager is the person responsible for defining the solution that satisfies the H&P product/market fit. The individual then works with the engineering team to build it, the operations team to support it, and the sales team to sell it; being the voice of the customer to communicate the strategy to all key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the product.Location: Tulsa, OK; Houston, TX; Odessa, TXWork Type: On-Site#LI-On-SiteWhat you will do:Define and deliver solutions to our customers that solve customers’ problems & provide business value to H&PManage multiple products and timelinesBe the voice of the customer, define the product/market fit, and align the organization on the vision of the productOwn product acceleration and the progression of products through H&P’s product maturation process from ideation to retirement, engaging key stakeholders and departments company-wideCompile, document, and routinely revisit business cases for each solutionMaintain understanding of competitive landscapeWork with Sales and Operations to perform market research to build out models for potential market share and incremental EBITDA projectionsRecommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements- appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.Work with Operations, Development, and Engineering to define and execute plans to support the deployment and scalability of solutionsContinually monitor market conditions to proactively revise portfolio vision based on evolving market, customer demands, and opportunity for differentiationDemonstrate the H&P Company values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork and Do the Right Thing.What you will need:Bachelors' Degree or equivalent of experience and education (BS in Engineering preferred)Ability to demonstrate and embody the characteristics of being humble, hardworking, and a team player.Excellent communication and teamwork...
