As a Product Manager III, you will drive the development and success of IDEXX's innovative veterinary software platforms, including Vello, designed to connect veterinary practices with pet owners. You will play a key role in shaping products that sit at the center of the veterinary ecosystem and directly impact how care is delivered to animals. Our Veterinary Software business is undergoing a significant transformation. What began as a supporting service for diagnostic customers has evolved into a core strategic offering. Today, we serve tens of thousands of veterinary practices worldwide with software that helps manage workflows, interpret diagnostic results, coordinate patient care, and strengthen connections with millions of pet owners. As part of this evolution, you will help build and grow the next generation of our software platform. Why this role matters This role is critical to shaping how veterinary practices connect with pet owners in a digital-first world. By driving the product experience for Vello and leading experimentation and Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, you will help practices operate more efficiently, strengthen client relationships, and improve access to care and animal health outcomes. In this roleYou lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative B2B and B2B2C veterinary software products You own the product experience for Vello and drive experimentation and Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives You conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, opportunities, and product enhancements You gather, define, and prioritize product requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders You champion the product vision and serve as the subject matter expert across the organization You develop and evolve product business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and initiative prioritization You maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring well-defined user stories and clear requirements You lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ongoing Agile delivery activities You collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions You provide ongoing support and guidance to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle You proactively communicate product progress, insights, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders You measure product success using data, customer insights, and key performance metrics You manage dependencies across teams and coordinate delivery within a cross-functional environment You develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives What you need to succeedBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar product management role&nbs...
