Join us in our mission.Product Owner – Swagger About the Role We are looking for a technically strong Product Owner to help shape the future of SmartBear’s product Swagger. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Documentation, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver modern API lifecycle experiences, developer tooling, and AI-powered workflows. This role combines product ownership, customer discovery, platform strategy, and AI innovation to drive measurable customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business value, and strategic objectives. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Documentation, and GTM teams to deliver exceptional API lifecycle experiences. Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics aligned to measurable customer outcomes. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS and on-premises solutions. Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging industry trends. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve developer productivity and API governance. Partner with technical writers to ensure features, APIs, integrations, and AI capabilities are effectively documented. Support go-to-market activities including release planning, enablement, launch readiness, and customer communications.
