Product Specialist

InterSystems is seeking clinically experienced product leaders who are motivated by improving how healthcare is delivered through technology. The Product Specialist plays a high-impact role in bridging real-world clinical practice and product functionality. This role has direct influence on product direction, workflow design, and customer success, partnering closely with clinicians, product management, development, and implementation teams to ensure InterSystems EHR solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare systems. Responsibilities Contribute directly to the strategic direction and roadmap of one or more InterSystems EHR products, including feature design, workflow definition, user interaction, and requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering teams to bring new features and products to successful release Engage regularly with healthcare customers and end users to understand clinical and operational workflows, translate needs into product requirements, and help customers realize maximum value from TrakCare solutions Serve as the internal “voice of the customer,” applying clinical and healthcare domain expertise to guide product design, prioritization, and decision-making Collaborate with Product Management colleagues to ensure product cohesion, consistency, and alignment across...
