You'll work across pre-production order staging, machine support, post-decoration finishing, and quality control — adapting daily to where the floor needs you most. On a high-volume floor, you'll stage orders for machine operators one hour, trim and inspect finished goods the next, and support operators with setup and supplies the next. You'll report to the Production Lead and partner closely with the Warehouse + Receiving Lead, machine operators, and the Shipping + Fulfillment Coordinator to keep production moving seamlessly.
