You will work in a production-driven environment focused on quality, accuracy, compliance, and service delivery. Success in this role means consistently meeting processing goals, maintaining data integrity, and supporting operational excellence. You will contribute to the efficient movement of payments while helping deliver reliable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.ScheduleMonday through Friday 6:00PM to 2:30 AM What You Will Be Doing• Process remittance payments, financial transactions, and associated documentation with accuracy and efficiency• Review, sort, prepare, and validate incoming remittance materials according to established procedures• Perform data entry and transaction processing while maintaining high quality standards• Identify and resolve processing discrepancies, exceptions, and documentation issues• Ensure payment information is accurately recorded and reconciled within required systems• Follow operational controls, security procedures, and regulatory requirements for financial transaction handling• Meet productivity, quality, and service-level objectives in a production environment• Support daily workflow management by prioritizing tasks and maintaining processing deadlines• Collaborate with team members and operational partners to address processing challenges and improve outcomes• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness and operational transparencyRequired Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience• Ability to process high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail• Experience working with data entry, payment processing, document handling, or operational workflows• Strong organizational and time management skills in a production-focused environment• Ability to follow established procedures, controls, and compliance requirements consistently• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve processing exceptions• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency with computer applications, data management systems, and standard office technologyPreferred Qualifications• Experience in remittance processing, lockbox operations, payment services, or financial operations• Familiarity with financial transaction processing environments• Experience working with quality control standards and operational m...
