The rate within this range is dependent on the individual's working departmentWhat You'll DoPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Perform routine setups, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to run orders to exact specification.Quality & Precision: Monitor gauges, meters, and standard measuring tools (tape measures) to catch abnormalities before they create waste.Logistics & Material Handling: Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts/heavy equipment) to load, move, and ship materials across departments.Problem Solving: Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and investigate mechanical issues to identify root causes.Team Collaboration: Step outside daily tasks to support teammates, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure site safety High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experienceMust be able to follow written and oral instructionMust prioritize safety in every aspect of the working environment adhering to established safety practices, policies, and proceduresMust be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requestsPhysically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and move around for extended periodsAdditional Consideration:Safety: We prioritize the safety of all our employees.
