ROLE SCOPE

- Run an integration shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour as modules get fitted out.

- Lead assemblers and technicians directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.

- Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.

- Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, torque specs met, 5S held.
