Purpose of the Position

The Program Supervisor is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of educational programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and accessible courses that meet institutional standards and support student success.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and Implement Programs: Design and oversee the creation of courses and programs that align with the institution’s goals and standards.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Continuously assess the quality and effectiveness of courses, making necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Faculty and Staff: Work closely with educators and administrative staff to ensure the successful delivery and support of programs.
  • Ensure Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure that all programs meet accreditation standards and are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee the financial aspects of programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and securing funding.
  • Oversee Regional Program Operations: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the education programs across multiple geographic regions, ensuring consistency in execution, compliance, and performance outcomes.
  • Analyze and Respond to Regional Market Trends: Monitor regional enrollment data, demographic shifts, and market dynamics to adjust recruitment strategies and optimize outreach efforts tailored to specific populations.
  • Support Cross-Regional Collaboration and Best Practices: Facilitate communication and collaboration among the program’s teams, sharing insights, standardizing best practices, and aligning efforts with institutional goals and regional needs.
