This role has a direct impact on the delivery of HPE products and services by managing schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who exercises significant independent judgment, partners across technical and functional teams, and mentors less experienced staff. The preferred candidate brings a strong blend of technical acumen, leadership capability, and program management expertise.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for product or service offerings.Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs.Oversee activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners, adjusting schedules and resources based on analysis of business information to meet product requirements.Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal partners to resolve escalated issues and ensure adherence to budgets and roadmaps.Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects within the manufacturing and engineering organization.Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to less experienced staff members.Engage with external parties such as standards bodies and partners as needed to support program objectives. Drive global security and compliance requirements. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Typically, 6+ years of relevant program or project management experience.PMP/PMI certification preferred.Flexible working hours and schedule to coordinate across global teams.
