Apply today!Job Details We’re seeking a Project Analyst to support internal and client-facing projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to manage project setup, timelines, budgets, scope changes, financial tracking, client communications, and submission processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop project SOWs, budgets, timelines, and status reportsMonitor project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financialsCoordinate internal and client meetings, follow-ups, and action plansManage client submission processes, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviewsRoute deliverables through internal review, quality control, and approval workflowsMaintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with client-specific processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution#LI-AT2.Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experienceExperience:3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration toolsPreferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or consultingFamiliarity with client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelinesPMP certification preferredKey StrengthsWe’re looking for someone who is collaborative, organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident managing complexity, stakeholders, and competing priorities.What Cencora offers​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
