As a Projects Sales & Estimating Specialist, you will work closely with Business Development Managers and State leadership to drive efficient tendering, quoting and project coordination. This is a dynamic role that combines commercial insight, operational excellence and customer engagement, with strong pathways for future growth into sales leadership roles. Your ResponsibilitiesTendering & quotations: prepare accurate, timely tenders, proposals and variation pricing in collaboration with BDMs and State ManagersProject support: coordinate projects from order through to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metStakeholder collaboration: liaise with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain and Coordination to support project deliveryCRM & pipeline management: maintain accurate records, track opportunities and provide clear visibility of pipeline performanceAdministrative support: manage project documentation, organise meetings and prepare follow-up actions and proposalsMarket insights: identify early-stage opportunities and support account planning and territory managementContinuous improvement: proactively identify ways to improve processes, , turnaround times and overall sales effectivenessWhat We Are Looking ForMust-have:Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesCommercial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or similar)Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomesNice-to-have:Experience in estimating, tendering or project coordinationBackground in construction, projects, or a related industryExperience supporting sales or business development teamsFamiliarity with pipeline management and reportingOur BenefitsHybrid working that blends flexibility and connectionPersonal developmen...
