You’ll coordinate documentation, monitor financial topics, verify connection agreements, define work schedules, and support the smooth progression of each investment. Your mission is to ensure that charging station projects move forward in a structured, controlled, and efficient way — keeping documentation accurate, financial matters under control, stakeholders aligned, and project risks identified early. By coordinating the investment process effectively, you’ll help Powerdot deliver reliable charging infrastructure that is ready to serve drivers and support our partners’ businesses. How You’ll Shape Our Story: Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating charging station connection projects — supporting the delivery of projects from the initial connection stage through to the construction and installation of EV charging infrastructure. Managing project documentation — coordinating the flow of technical, administrative, legal, and financial documentation between internal and external stakeholders. Supervising documentation progress — ensuring that required documents are complete, correctly prepared, submitted on time, and properly stored. Controlling project financial matters — monitoring costs related to the construction of charging stations and supporting financial control throughout the investment process.
