Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, you will help ensure project information is accurately maintained, quality standards are met, and project activities run efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day project coordination activities across design, construction, and commissioning phases.Administer project documentation using systems, ensuring documents are accurately logged, distributed, and maintained.Track document reviews, approvals, and project correspondence.Assist with maintaining project quality records, procedures, and compliance documentation.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action logs.Monitor project deliverables and support progress reporting activities.Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.Support the implementation of project processes, templates, and governance requirements.Assist with risk registers, change requests, and project tracking tools.Maintain project dashboards and reports to provide visibility on project status and key metrics.  BSc degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.Experience in project coordination, project administration, document control, construction, engineering, or a related field.Experience within construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.; experience working with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms is advantage.Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.Strong communication and stakeho...
