We are looking for a driven and capable Project Director to support us with the development of multiple Data Center projects for one of the top technology clients in the world. This is a client-facing role. You will be responsible for performing more complex aspects of project management, including scope, planning, budget, execution, multi-project resource management, and closing of construction projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: Lead and manage multiple engineering and construction projects from inception to completion Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope, planning, budget, execution, resource allocation, and closing of construction projects Procurement Management: Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, RFPs, and submittals to ensure comprehensive and competitive project bids Risk Management: Develop and maintain a risk register, identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies Daily Follow-Ups: Conduct daily follow-ups with project managers to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project requirements and milestones are met Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and projects are completed within budget Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards Permit Management: Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements BIM Coordination: Oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and coordinate with project teams to integrate and manage BIM data effectively, ensuring...
