Collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and international partners, you will oversee new product development programs from concept to market launch within the industrial heating area. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering project outcomes, creating customer value, and ensuring that strategic business objectives are achieved.Lead from the front—coordinate all facets of project delivery including planning, staffing, resources, subcontractor relationships, and close stakeholder management with finance, quality assurance, sourcing, logistics et al.Drive risk and change management to ensure smooth project execution—anticipate challenges and implement mitigation strategies to keep everything on track.Ensure project excellence by aligning with top-tier security, quality, and contractual requirements, set the standard, don’t just meet it.Lead retrospectives with impact—uncover insights, leverage AI-powered tools, and actively share findings to boost organizational learning and innovation.Own the project budget—monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with the approved business case to deliver value and results.Be a champion of PMO excellence—stay aligned with our evolving standards, digitalization and play a key role in shaping the future culture of project management at the company.For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a Program Manager position with broader responsibilities, greater strategic influence, and increased organizational impact.About YouWe are looking for a Project Manager with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant engineering field e.g. Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical engineering, together with early- to mid-career experience in industrial projects, preferably involving product and prototype development in a business or R&D environment.We are looking for a candidate with early- to mid-ca...
