Project Manager - Fresh Product Simplification and Optimization

Acting as both a change agent and a subject matter expert, this individual will ensure the successful execution of identified projects while maintaining alignment between initiatives and the future vision of the Fresh Products category and Agropur.The Project Manager will bring an innovative mindset, challenge the status quo, and secure buy-in from stakeholders across the organization.He/She will serve as an ambassador and leader in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing procedures, processes, and controls throughout the organization. An environment that empowers you to take action: Recognition of years of service for vacation calculation;Flexible remote work options;Flexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;Employee assistance program;Opportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);Annual bonus;Pension plan with company contributions;Salary scale 006: $100 900 to $126 100 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)What you will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis:Lead multidisciplinary and multi-site project teams composed of employees, consultants, and external vendors in support of multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.Develop and maintain project plans for multiple projects and report on status against project baselines (financials, resources, deliverables, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.Work directly with business leaders to document planned changes, analyze cross-departmental dependencies, and consolidate them into a single change management plan.Ensure that change communications are effective, tailored, and consistent.Responsible for forecasting and planning capacity and resource requirements for ongoing projects.Committed to ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through timely and effective communication and proactive support.Create and foster a positive work environment where people collaborate effectively, share a collective sense of accountability, and are recognized for their success.Regularly present recommendations to senior leadership and functional management committees.As a member of the Fresh Product Simplification Program team, the candidate must clearly demonstrate the ability to think in a s...
