Job DescriptionWith our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.As Project Manager you will work closely with project collaborators to ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties. Apart from agile project management including customized project plans, meetings remotely/onsite, resource planning/alignment, multiple projects in parallel, the person will also report and forecast the progress to the management board.Your Main responsibilities will include:Active/Agile project management for multiple software/hardware solutions in the hospital areaProject planning considering national and international customer requirementsEnsuring smooth and on time implementation to meet revenue commitmentsProject controlling as well as reporting and forecasting to BD managementPoint of contact for customers and vital interface between all BD and customer collaboratorsCoordinating and leading internal alignment meetings and onsite appointment at the customerClose collaboration with commercial teams to support Pre-Sales activitiesAbout youGrowth mindset and servant leadership skillsExperience in project management of software/hardware solutions mandatoryStrong presentation skills and ability to collaborate with nationalities and backgroundsOutstanding organizational/ self-organizational skillsCollaborative working style and team-player attitudePositive, reliable, trustworthy, “hands on” and proactive personalitySeeking purpose in daily workValid drivers’ license and passportProficient in French and English languages both verbal and writtenAbility to travel within Europe up to 30%Salary range: 45 000€ - 63 000€ per yearWhy Join Us?To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
