W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid Minimum 17 clinical hours  3 non-clinical hours  Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential—a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
