You will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. We are looking for clinicians licensed in PA, VA, NJ, or MD—or those willing to become licensed in these states with full financial sponsorship from Blackbird. Predictable Income: A guaranteed base salary with the ability to earn more by taking on additional patients. Employment Options Role: W-2 Employee - Part-Time Commitment: 20 hours per week (17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours). Schedule: Flexible, with emphasis on core hours (after 3 pm ET weekdays and/or weekends). Work Model: Fully Remote Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually. Base Salary: $72,500 for the guaranteed 20-hour/week schedule. Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload.
