About the Role We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Washington. This is a W2, in-person role providing psychiatric care to patients aged 11 and up. The role includes a remote model: providing virtual care to patients via telehealth.As a MOOD provider, you’ll treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking meaningful, flexible, and supported psychiatric practice in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do - Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans- Prescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education- Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards- Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration- Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds What We Offer - Competitive pay for providers (W2, pay-per-encounter)- Malpractice and tail coverage- Flexible scheduling within clinic hours (you set your availability)- A supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on clinical quality- Streamlined EHR and tech platform to minimize admin burden- Leadership and growth opportunities as our practice expands Qualifications - Active Washington PMHNP license and Washington furnishing number- Active or pending Washington DEA license- 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults- Experience diagnosing and treating: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder- Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual- Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required Schedule & Setting - Job Type: Part-time, Full-time- Setting:  Telehealth- Schedule: 15-20 hours per week between hours of 6am-10pm PST, 7 Days a Week Join Us This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and innovative environment.
