📍 ROLE LOGISTICS
- Location: Remote — Texas
- Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
- Department: Patient-Facing (Clinical)
- Required License: Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Additional Licensure: Multi-state licensure is a plus; willingness to obtain additional licenses as Legion expands is required
- Clinical Mix: Primarily psychiatric intake visits, plus a small follow-up caseload and clinical escalations

🚀 THE OPPORTUNITY
Legion Health is looking for a clinically excellent, patient-centered psychiatrist to establish the clinical foundation for each patient’s care.
The majority of your work will consist of comprehensive psychiatric intake evaluations. You will clarify diagnoses, assess risk and clinical complexity, and develop clear, practical, evidence-based treatment plans.
When a patient does not require continued psychiatrist-level care, you will transition ongoing management to one of Legion’s psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners through a complete, clinically actionable handoff.
