Job DescriptionAs being one of the core brand of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Turkey is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Energy Systems and their control/monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipments for construction and mining industry.We are looking forWe are looking for Management Trainees with the following qualifications:University student or minimum Bachelor's degreeAble to work at least 4 days a week during our one-year MT Program (for bachelor or master students)Able to work 5 days a week during our one-year MT Program (for new graduates)Fluent in written and spoken EnglishProblem-solving and analytical thinking skillsTeam player, self-motivated, and result-orientedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of MS Office applicationsDuring the program, you will have the opportunity to:Support procurement activities to ensure materials and services are supplied on time.Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes.Work closely with different departments to support purchasing projects.Help identify and develop local suppliers for international projects.Communicate with local suppliers and global procurement teams to support technical and commercial activities.Gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration.Type of ContractTemporary (Fixed Term)
