Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Ltd. founded in summer of 2003, manufacture automotive components and electric drives. Nowadays employing more than 2500 people. Our company is the number one supplier to many car and eBike manufacturers and one of the fastest growing factories in the region.

  • Lead and coordinate preventive quality and release activities for purchased parts and specific raw materials on a global scale.
  • Ensure compliance with Bosch quality standards throughout the product development and release process at suppliers and their sub-suppliers.
  • Play an active role in cross-functional SE teams, contributing to successful product development projects.
  • Drive technical discussions with suppliers and support supplier nomination and sourcing decisions.
  • Plan and manage ramp-up activities, ensuring a smooth and successful production launch.
  • Take ownership of purchased part quality, defining and implementing actions to achieve project and quality objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned activities and close collaboration with Bosch locations worldwide.
  • Provide transparent project status updates and present key milestones and risks to senior and executive management.
  • Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with quality methods and tools such as PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC, with a strong focus on Preventive Quality Planning (PQP).
  • Solid experience in manufacturing processes, including plastic injection molding, electromechanical assemblies, stamping and forming, aluminum die casting, machining, and grinding.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field (e.g. Mechatronics, Physics, Engineering Management, Technical Management).
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and systematic mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, combined with motivation, initiative, and the confidence to drive topics forward in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Experience with casting and forging technologies, machining processes (turning, milling, grinding), or bearings and stamping technologies would be advantage.
