Job SummaryResponsible for planning quality activities in given particular discipline in accordance with quality management system established by QC Manager.Planning, controlling and performing inspections and tests on discipline responsible and managing inspectors in the disciplines for which they are responsibleRoles and ResponsibilitiesEstablishing Inspection Test Plan(ITP) and ITP Matrix for Inspector to control the Inspection WorkDistributing task to inspectors in charge of the disciplineImplementing the Quality Training to Construction & Quality StaffsPromoting Risk Management System in Construction and suggesting countermeasuresEnsuring to apply lessons learnt and proper preventive action conductedSetting and applying practical work processPreparing Quality Procedure/ITP, Review Construction Procedure/Method StatementEstablishing Quality Performance Indicator and managing actual resultCo-ordinating and monitoring with other discipline required to provide corrective action Liaising and solving with clients on Quality related matters such as Quality Issue and NCR, ObservationManaging work activity through system management tool (FMCS, SCMS)Identifying and mitigate quality risksConducting audits and inspectionsAssembling cost control and statistical data in support of quality objectives, as needed EducationBachelor's degree in engineering or relevant fieldExperience:15+ years of direct work experience in inspection of capital projects qualityFamiliarity with project specifications and standards, and medium to large-sized project experienceExperience in oil / gas / petrochemical or power plantsEngineering & Construction Company working experience in GCCKnowledge or CertificationCertification in NDT Level II or higherISO 9001 Lead Auditor CertificationTechnical and Behavioral CompetencyExpert knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsAdvanced inspection techniques and tools, mat...
