The employee in this position will be responsible for the analysis of a wide range of samples submitted by the Yazoo City Complex to ensure they meet quality specifications. These include in process samples, raw products, and finished products. The employee will also perform routine analysis on environmental samples, quality control and calibration of laboratory instrumentation, and data entry.Job Description:CF Industries has many exciting and challenging opportunities at its world class production facility in Yazoo City Mississippi. The employee will also perform routine analysis on environmental samples, quality control and calibration of laboratory instrumentation, and data entry.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive and log samples into LIMS systemPerform Analytical Chemistry testing as requiredPrepare Reports of Analytical Chemistry ResultsCheck, Calibrate, and Maintain Laboratory EquipmentSUCCESSFUL INCUMBENTS WILL HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from an A.C.S. accredited chemistry program is preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in other physical science disciplines will be considered if strong evidence of laboratory analytical chemistry skill is demonstratedMinimum of 1 year of Analytical Chemistry laboratory experience preferredExperience with ICP, UV-VIS, GC, IC, and FT-IR, is valuableExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Both informal and formal data reporting and use of IT will tools be requiredPresentation skills sufficient to communicate thoughts succinc...
