You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What you’ll do⦿ Quality System Development: Build and strengthen quality management systems from the ground up, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality programs that drive zero defects.⦿ Operational Leadership: Be highly visible on the production floor, actively engaging with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to foster a quality mindset and influence positive change without relying on leadership intervention.⦿ Process Improvement: Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions that are sustained over time. Drive process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.⦿ Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and mentor quality control staff and inspection personnel, providing training and support to enable their growth and development.⦿ Customer and Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues promptly and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and government regulations.⦿ Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain quality metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor the health of the Quality Management System, communicating results regularly to management.⦿ Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to support supplier audits or customer engagements.⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.What you’ll bringMust-haves:⦿ 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience with proven leadership in building and implementing quality systems.⦿ Strong expertise in ISO 9001 quality systems and experience with SOPs, audits, traceability, and continuous improvement processes.⦿ Hands-on experience in precision machining or automated manufacturing environments, with a track record of driving operational change.⦿ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (I...
