PayPay FrequencyMonthlyFull Time / Part TimeFull timeJob SummaryUnder general supervision, controls the receiving and issuing of equipment and supplies for Sheriff’s Office.Job DetailsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Oversee the ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of equipment, supplies and uniformsSupervises employees assigned to the Quarter master’s officeAssists the Office Manager with obtaining bids for uniforms and other equipmentPrepares resolutions for the disposal or transfer of equipment no longer usableMaintains database for equipment and uniforms issued to employeesIssues ribbons and awardsMaintains all stored equipment in good working orderMaintains databases and hard files on all equipment issued to employeesIssue medical supplies for medic kits maintained in the patrol vehiclesAssigns SA&I numbers to new equipment purchased and enters the information into the Mainframe for inventoryAssists with any other requests from supervisorsPerforms other duties as assignedAble to work weekends, all shifts, and holidaysQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.
