That's the FAM Brands difference.Work Location:📍 Onsite at our Beverly Hills HQ (starting late Aug 2026) Key Responsibilities The Receptionist is the first impression of FAM Brands — greeting every guest, vendor, buyer and candidate with warmth, polish and genuine hospitality. This role owns the front desk experience end-to-end: welcoming visitors, keeping the office running smoothly and stepping in on ad hoc projects wherever the business needs an extra pair of organized hands. We're looking for someone who treats the lobby the way our best retail partners treat their storefront — as a true extension of the brand. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, vendors, buyers and candidates with a warm, professional demeanor. Own the guest experience from check-in to check-out, including badge issuance, visitor logs and building security protocols. Answer, screen and route a multi-line phone system; manage a shared front desk inbox and respond to inquiries promptly. Maintain a polished lobby and reception area at all times, reflecting FAM Brands' standards and seasonal brand presentation. Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup/breakdown and catering for internal teams and visiting partners. Sort, log and distribute incoming mail and packages; schedule courier, messenger and shipping pickups. Support showroom and sample-room guest visits during market weeks and buyer appointments. Partner with building management and outside vendors (facilities, catering, office supply, security) to resolve day-to-day issues quickly and discreetly. Follow and help maintain front-of-house standard operating procedures (SOPs), flagging opportunities to improve the guest and vendor experience. Provide light administrative support to HR and office teams — data entry, filing, document prep and correspondence. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. 1–3+ years in a receptionist, front-of-house, hospitality or customer-facing role; apparel, retail, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred. Warm, polished, guest-first demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through on multiple priorities at once.
