Your Role:  As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, identify, and hire top talent that supports the Company's rapid business growth. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will serve as a strategic recruiting partner by building strong talent pipelines, identifying high-quality candidates, and driving efficient hiring processes across robotics, consumer electronics, and other key business functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on robotics, consumer electronics, engineering, and technical positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate efficient hiring decisions. Track recruiting activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and generate recruiting reports using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
