We seek individuals who are driven to make a difference and embody our motto, “To Care is an Honor.” Join Ennoble Care today!JOB SUMMARY The Chief Regional Medical Officer (CRMO) will have overall responsibility for the medicalcomponent of Ennoble Care's home-based primary and palliative care programs within theirdesignated multi-state region. The CRMO ensures high-quality, evidence-based care; supports clinical operations; partners closelywith regional operational leaders; and maintains accountability for clinical outcomes, quality,compliance, patient safety, and provider experience. This role provides oversight, mentorship, andperformance management for an interdisciplinary team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), PhysicianAssistants (PAs), collaborating physicians, care coordinators, and other team members, in thedelivery of primary care to homebound and medically complex patients. This executive leadership role combines clinical practice with strategic medical oversight, servingas the primary medical resource for interdisciplinary teams across the region, and ensures theprovision of high quality, effective, and patient-centered care. This position constitutes a full-time (1.0 FTE) salaried role comprising three integrated functions:(1) independent clinical physician; (2) House Calls medical director (mobile primary care &palliative); and (3) Regional Leadership and Administration. Clinical practice will constituteapproximately 60% of the CRMO's time, with medical director and administrative dutiescomprising approximately 40%, balanced to not exceed a full-time work schedule in any givenweek.REGIONAL SCOPE The CRMO will provide medical leadership and oversight across multiple states within theirdesignated region. The CRMO will maintain appropriate medical licensure in all states within theirregion of responsibility. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Clinical Practice (Approximately 60% of Time) • Lead by example through providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care to asmall panel of patients.• Function as an independent medical provider in their capacity as a physician (internalmedicine, family medicine, or related specialty such as geriatrics, palliative medicine) across allstates within the designated region• Provide house calls (primary care in patient homes) and palliative care services for Ennoblepatients in a designated geography near RCMO’s home•...
