YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT  Our team is looking for an experienced Regional Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar capital and renovation programs, shape regional strategy, and deliver high-quality results that make people feel at home.  Lead Capital & Renovation Projects - Drive impact across regions by managing project scopes, RFPs, bid analysis, budgets and schedules for renovations and capital projects, ensuring quality control and efficient execution across the portfolio.  Supervise Vendors & Procurement – Interview, select and manage contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers; approve purchase orders, negotiate contracts, resolve performance issues, and support asset management, acquisitions and operations.  Manage Permits, Compliance & Standards – Oversee permitting and inspector interactions, ensure compliance with federal/state/local building codes, uphold company standards, and support special projects and regional forecasting.  Sure, there is a lot on your plate, but you are the type of person who is looking for a job that will challenge you in new ways and provide you with the opportunity to grow.
