In this individual-contributor role, you'll partner with managers and employees on HR and leadership initiatives, helping our people do their best work. You'll join a company delivering the data integrity solutions required for Agentic AI, so you'll bring a solid understanding of how software companies operate. Here, you'll balance hands-on employee support with broader HR projects, working closely with leaders across the business to support our growth strategy and solve real business challenges. What you will do: Provide HR advice and consultation, administer HR tools and HRIS systems, and support managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, including onboarding and exits, compensation programs, talent assessment, goal setting and measurement, and performance management.
