We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HSEQ programs across our regional operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving continuous improvement in our safety and environmental performance.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSEQ management systems across the regionLead and mentor a team of HSEQ professionals, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibilityConduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent incidents and minimize environmental impactEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal HSEQ regulations and industry standardsDevelop and deliver HSEQ training programs for employees at all levelsAnalyze HSEQ data and prepare reports for senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with project managers and operational teams to integrate HSEQ considerations into all aspects of business operationsManage incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceStay current with emerging HSEQ trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative solutionsRepresent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies and industry associations Relevant HSEQ qualificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in HSEQ with a desire for HSE management experienceRelevant certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or equivalent Australian qualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Australian HSEQ regulations and industry standardsExperience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systemsStrong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategiesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdvanced data analysis and reporting skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organizationStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesProficiency in HSEQ management software and Microsoft Office suiteWillingness to travel within the region as required
