What you'll be doing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Australia Pacific region, based in Sydney CBD. This is a senior-level role with both strategic and operational focus, connecting regional plans with delivery and helping shape integrated marketing programmes that support NZTE’s customer-focused outcomes across Australia and the Pacific.
Partnering closely with internal sector teams, Brand and Content teams in New Zealand, external agencies, market partners and NZ Inc stakeholders, you will translate strategy into action, manage priorities and maintain programme momentum. While this role does not have direct people leadership responsibilities, you will need to lead through influence, bringing people together across functions, markets and levels to deliver work on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Shape and deliver integrated marketing, communications and customer programme plans that support regional priorities.
Lead programme planning, project delivery, budget oversight, process improvement and reporting across key initiatives.
Act as a trusted MarComms partner and advisor to senior internal and external stakeholders across a complex organisation.
