Pay Range: $ - $ Regional Sales Manager - US At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future. The role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will help drive our goals by: Leading commercial activity across the region, delivering revenue growth and achieving business targets. Managing strategic customer relationships and expanding opportunities across the Chemical and LST product portfolio. Coaching and developing a regional sales team, driving performance, engagement and capability growth. Identifying new business opportunities, supporting product scale-up and coordinating cross-functional customer solutions. Providing market intelligence, forecasting demand and supporting pricing and budgeting decisions. Working closely with operations, R&D and commercial stakeholders to optimise products, support innovation and maximise customer value. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Experience leading and developing commercial or sales teams in a technical or industrial environment. Knowledge of platinum group metals markets and their industrial applications. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage complex customer portfolios. Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication skills, including technical and commercial presentations.
